Kristen understands that getting to know her buyers is essential to finding them the perfect home, so she listens closely, determines priorities and shares vital market data. Having grown up between Redding, Westport, and Greenwich, she is very familiar with area communities, architecture, and amenities. This firsthand insight allows her to focus in on properties that would enhance her clients’ lifestyles. When touring homes, Kristen astutely points out both strengths and weaknesses so her buyers feel fully informed throughout the process. She stays within easy reach at all times, happy to answer any questions regarding inspections, financing, and/or disclosures.
Kristen’s steadfast individualized service extends to sellers as well. To attract the largest possible pool of buyers, she utilizes her highly effective, targeted online and print marketing strategies. Kristen also draws on her design skills to suggest upgrades when staging the property to maximize the appeal and asking price. As offers come in, she keeps her client’s best interests front and center as she negotiates for the most advantageous terms. Licensed in 2013, Kristen’s commitment to the industry has garnered significant professional recognition. At her previous brokerage, she was honored with membership in the Multimillion Dollar and Executive Clubs. Kristen has also received the Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society and Diamond Society Awards and is a certified Global Luxury Property Specialist. Before entering real estate, she earned a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) and spent over nine years in the nonprofit healthcare arena. Her experience in these challenging fields taught her the importance of establishing trusting relationships through honesty and open correspondence. She currently resides in Weston with her husband and two children.
